ComTec Information Systems (IT) is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager – Cybersecurity to lead enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Cybersecurity, Network, IAM, Cloud, and Application domains with strong governance and risk management.

The role emphasizes Network Segmentation, Micro‑Segmentation, Zero Trust initiatives, and Active Directory/Entra ID modernization, delivering executive dashboards and RAID-driven plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience in enterprise IT environments.
• 8+ years of IT Program/Project Management experience in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Network, or Identity.
• Proven experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programs with multiple technical workstreams.
• Strong experience managing Network Segmentation / Network Security programs.
• Experience managing Active Directory / Microsoft Identity environments.
• Experience with Zero Trust programs or security transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity programs involving multiple technical workstreams.
• Manage large-scale Network Segmentation and Micro‑Segmentation programs, including planning, dependencies, implementation, and migration activities.
• Lead or coordinate Zero Trust security initiatives, including identity-centric security and least-privilege access.
• Manage Active Directory / Entra ID modernization, domain consolidation, migration, authentication, and privileged access security.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, RAID logs, budgets, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate Cybersecurity, Network, Infrastructure, IAM, Cloud, Application, Architecture, and Security Engineering teams.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, status reporting, decision tracking, and escalation processes.
• Drive program execution against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and security objectives.
• Manage third-party vendors, consulting partners, and technology providers.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Provide regular program status updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Ensure program deliverables align with security standards and compliance requirements.
• Manage program financials, resource allocation, delivery metrics, and overall performance.
