Job summary

ValidaTek, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to provide senior leadership and oversight of a complex cybersecurity and enterprise IT program supporting government operations.

The role serves as the primary interface between the Government and Contractor, guiding cybersecurity, technical, and programmatic requirements to successful execution. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing cybersecurity programs in government or enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Security clearance eligibility and ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience leading cybersecurity and IT programs in complex government or enterprise environments.
• Ability to communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing manpower planning for diverse cyber and IT disciplines.
• Strong understanding of risk management, security compliance, and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of contractor personnel and subcontractors supporting cybersecurity and enterprise IT activities.
• Serve as the primary Contractor interface with Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Direct the execution of cybersecurity and IT initiatives to meet contract requirements, milestones and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain processes for tracking cybersecurity requirements, risks, and program performance.
• Align cybersecurity activities with government policies, frameworks and mission priorities.
• Monitor program performance and identify cybersecurity, technical, operational, staffing, and contractual risks.
• Develop mitigation strategies for identified program and cybersecurity risks.
• Coordinate across cybersecurity, infrastructure, engineering, cloud and data teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide leadership on security initiatives, assessments, remediation, and compliance.
