About the role

Our Enterprise Customer Success Managers build strong relationships with top customers, understanding their fleet and unique challenges, advising on customization, and serving as long-term partners. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, gaining diverse experience within a hyper-growth environment. This role is open to candidates in the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.

In this role, you will

  • Conduct workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Explain platform capabilities to diverse business types.
  • Mentor team members and embody Samsara’s cultural principles.
Minimum requirements
  • 4+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong prioritization, emotional intelligence, and support for technical products.
  • Proven trust-building and communication skills with varied stakeholders.
  • Initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.

  • Experience supporting large-scale solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Comfort in unstructured, rapid environments.

The annual base salary range for this position is $85,085—$128,700 USD, depending on location, experience, and skills.
