Job summary

Insight Global seeks a senior Account CTO to fuse deep technical leadership with business transformation strategy for Fortune 100 clients. The role blends data, AI, cloud, and engineering services to accelerate enterprise value and growth.

You will set strategic direction, lead transformation roadmaps, and translate market insights into practical, measurable outcomes for product, engineering, and sales teams. Travel to client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in technology consulting, solution architecture, or technical sales.
• 8+ years engaging with Fortune 100 clients.
• Strong expertise across data architectures, AI/ML platforms, and cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• MBA or significant pre-sales/technical sales experience interfacing with C-level executives.
• Proven ability to translate complex technology strategies to executive audiences.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation programs at Fortune 100 firms.
• Excellent executive presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Collaborative, visionary leader capable of guiding cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and strategic events.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level strategy sessions and transformation roadmap discussions with C-suite stakeholders.
• Architect customer enterprise technology-centric transformations leveraging data platforms, AI, and cloud-native architectures.
• Partner with product, delivery, and sales to drive execution across complex digital programs.
• Represent thought leadership at industry events and executive forums.
• Build high-impact relationships with senior customer decision-makers to identify growth opportunities and shape deals.
