Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in ITSM, process improvement, or operations management.
• Experience leading continual service improvement in enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise CSI program aligned with ITIL 4 and Agile.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive improvement initiatives from identification through implementation and validation.
• Facilitate Agile retrospectives and integrate outputs into backlogs.
• Ensure CSI program reporting to Government stakeholders.
