Nelnet is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to drive the technology vision for the organization’s CRM platforms. You will lead end-to-end design, data modeling, and integrations with ERP, data warehouse, and third-party apps, while guiding developers and architects.

You will champion the CRM roadmap, promote adoption of automation and AI features, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security policies. Requires senior-level CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• 10 years of software development or CRM implementation experience.
• 5–7 years as a technical architect leading large CRM solutions.
• Strong expertise in CRM platforms and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM solution design across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience.
• Design end-to-end CRM architecture with core system integrations.
• Translate business needs into CRM solutions with stakeholders and partners.
• Set CRM technology roadmap focusing on automation and AI features.
• Provide mentoring to CRM developers and administrators.
• Champion CRM best practices, governance, and data security standards.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology direction and data governance.
• Stay current with CRM platform advancements and adoption strategies.
