Job summary

City Brewing Company seeks an Enterprise Cost Accountant to standardize and oversee cost accounting practices across all locations. You will manage BOMs, routings, and cost structures, ensuring data integrity to support pricing, capital investments, and portfolio strategy.

You will collaborate with plant operations, procurement, and finance leadership to align costing with operational reality, travel 10% domestically, and lead cross-site audits of cost data and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience, including multi-site exposure.
• Experience in brewery, beverage, food & beverage, or CPG manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building or auditing BOMs, routings, and standard costing in an ERP/MRP system.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain standardized BOM, routing, and costing structures across all locations.
• Own enterprise standard costing methodology (materials, labor, overhead) and lead annual standard cost-setting company-wide.
• Audit BOMs, routings, and cost data across sites to drive corrective actions.
• Serve as enterprise SME and system owner for costing modules within ERP/MRP.
• Develop and enforce costing policies and internal controls for audit readiness and inventory valuation.
