Job summary

City Brewing Company is seeking an Enterprise Cost Accountant to standardize costing practices across all locations and partner with operations, procurement, and leadership to drive accurate SKU-level data.

You will own the enterprise costing methodology, conduct cross-site audits, and develop policies supporting inventory valuation integrity, budgeting, and portfolio strategy. Travel up to 10% domestically to validate data on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience across multi-site.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOMs/routings.
• Experience in brewery/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Standardize BOMs, routings, and costing across locations.
• Own enterprise costing methodology and annual cost-setting.
• Audit BOMs and cost data to drive corrective actions.
• Develop costing policies and internal controls for inventory valuation.
• Consolidate cost data and build dashboards for leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and cross-site initiatives.
