Responsibilities

• Enterprisewide Operational System Standardization & Optimization: standardize governance, policies, and crossdepartment workflows to enable scalable growth.
• EndtoEnd CompanyWide Operational Governance: own daily performance across supply chain, delivery, and support functions.
• CrossCultural Organization Leadership & Talent Development: lead 150-person cross-cultural team and develop leadership pipelines.
• Executivelevel Collaboration & Business Enablement: align capacity with strategy and market demands with sales and commercial teams.
• Strategic Execution & Seniorlevel Reporting: translate strategy into roadmaps and report status and risks to CEO.
