Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in financial services with controls, risk, audit, or compliance background.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of governance and risk management in large institutions.
• Executive communication and stakeholder alignment at senior levels.
• Ability to move from ambiguity to actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, and success metrics; deliver through sustainable implementation.
• Manage multiple workstreams with governance, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive control design, remediation, and program enhancements across functions.
• Partner with Lines of Business, Control Management, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Data, and Operations.
• Synthesize inputs, identify root causes, and drive decisions at senior forums.
• Ensure consistent methodology, evidence standards, and BAU adoption.
• Support regulatory engagements and timely remediation/validation.
• Lead and mentor project managers and control managers.
