Job summary

Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. seeks an experienced continuous improvement leader to drive efficiency across operations.

You will lead 5S initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, analyze workflows, and implement plans for revisions to methods, processes and quality controls. You will coordinate Kaizen events, monitor quality metrics, and share best practices across group companies while supporting cost reduction and inventory control initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of IATF16949 and/or ISO9001 standards.
• Proven success in project management and cross-department improvements.
• Strong planning, organization and leadership abilities.
• Desirable: Lean, Six Sigma training/certification; SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads 5S initiative and cross-functional projects to analyze workflows.
• Conducts studies on cost control, inventory, and production records.
• Implements plans for revisions to operating methods across departments.
• Facilitates Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
• Tracks customer scorecards and quality system performance, drives improvements.
