Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer II to analyze and improve business processes across turbine and generator service operations.

You will implement systems to capture and report key operational data, while applying Six Sigma and ADKAR methodologies to drive improvements. The role requires coordinating workshops, leading improvement events, and collaborating with multiple teams to enhance information systems like SAP, CRM, WindChill and S&OP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master Degree in related area or Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads continuous improvement events.
• Implements Lean, Six Sigma and ADKAR strategies.
• Evaluates business requirements and documents processes.
• Leads cross-functional coordination and training sessions.
• Develops and tracks operational metrics and reporting.
• Monitors and analyzes performance data and risks.
