Qualifications

• 8+ years leading data, analytics, BI, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working across business and technology organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and AI ecosystems.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable data and AI capabilities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Enterprise Context and Data Foundations strategy.
• Establish scalable business context, semantic models, taxonomies, and knowledge assets.
• Drive AI-ready contextualized data products and adoption across the enterprise.
• Partner with business and product leaders to align context with insights and automation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, analytics, product, and engineering.
