Nemours Children's Health seeks a Sr. Director, Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy and governance. This senior role partners with executives to shape market-competitive pay, equity, and incentives while aligning with financial objectives across all locations and job families.

You will drive salary planning, analytics, and governance, advancing technology and data capabilities to empower informed pay decisions in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive compensation experience.
• 4–10 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in a complex healthcare environment; physician/clinical compensation experience a plus.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Nemours principal compensation strategist, advising senior executives on market trends and compensation implications.
• Leads design, implementation, and governance of base pay, variable pay, and executive- or physician-related compensation programs.
• Owns enterprise job architecture, job leveling, salary administration, and structure development.
• Leads advanced compensation analytics, including market studies, internal equity analyses, and pay equity remediation.
• Directs the annual compensation planning cycle and collaborates with Finance on budgets and projections.
• Oversees ERP modules related to compensation and ensures system optimization across HR processes.
