The role blends strategic vision with analytics and communication to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with Nemours mission and growth strategy. The position reports to executive leadership and oversees budget planning, market competitiveness, and pay equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA, MS-HR, etc.).
• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive compensation experience, including 4–10 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise-wide compensation leader influencing strategy, governance, and pay decisions.
• Oversee compensation analytics, market insights, and forecasting to align with financial objectives.
• Lead enterprise job architecture, salary administration, incentive design, and governance across locations and job families.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
