Enterprise Division Overview:
The Enterprise Division is focused on enabling large-scale digital transformations through a strategic mix of quality engineering, test automation, and managed services. This division is responsible for Qualitest’s engagement with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients, helping them navigate complex IT landscapes, integrate new technologies, and optimize their quality engineering functions for long-term success. Key focus areas for this division are SAP Application Managed Services (AMS) & Testing Automation.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Commercial & Delivery Lead to support testing-focused commercial activities and oversee new account onboarding and delivery success. The successful candidate will have deep ERP experience, SAP S/4HANA experience (particularly testing and/or AMS) is a strong advantage. This role will manage pipeline engagements, pricing strategies, and client handovers while ensuring the successful execution of enterprise testing engagements across major programs. By serving as the critical link between sales and delivery, this role will help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while positioning our testing solutions and AMS services as key differentiators.

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of commercial activities for engagements, including pipeline tracking, proposal development, and deal structuring.
  • Lead and deliver pipeline presentations to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct pricing analysis for engagements, working closely with finance and delivery teams to optimize pricing models.
  • Support and execute client follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and engagement to accelerate deal closure.
  • Position and differentiate our solutions, including AI driven AMS services, test automation, AI-driven test optimization, regression automation, and enterprise TCOE enablement.

New Account Onboarding & Testing Delivery Oversight:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery.
  • Define and execute onboarding playbooks for new customers, ensuring alignment on expectations, scope, and success criteria.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to monitor execution, identify risks, and drive proactive issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement, governance, and value realization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with account management to track key milestones and ensure a seamless handover to long-term ownership.

SAP AMS Delivery (Bonus Experience):

  • If experienced in SAP AMS, contribute to the commercialization and onboarding of AMS accounts with a focus on test automation within SAP environments.
  • Support SAP AMS service governance, issue resolution, and automation-driven AMS optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise landscapes, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
