The role is in-office and based in Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Austin, or New York, requiring 8+ years of experience, a J.D.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of legal experience.
• Experience in transaction negotiation.
• J.D. and license to practice law in California or New York, or eligible to register as in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex technology agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business objectives.
• Design legal structures to sell AI products while mitigating risks.
• Be a versatile contributor across the legal department in a fast-paced environment.
