Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Data & AI Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to embed at client sites, leading end-to-end AWS, GenAI, and data modernization initiatives. You will design cloud-native solutions, deploy production-grade AI workloads, and guide client teams while delivering measurable business value.

This remote-first role blends hands-on engineering with strategic advisory, requiring deep AWS mastery and strong communication with CIOs/CTOs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Cloud Architecture, DevOps/SRE, or Software Eng with AWS focus.
• 3+ years in client-facing consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Security, IAM, VPC, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFront, Route 53 are core services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable AWS architectures using IaC and serverless patterns.
• Lead enterprise client engagements; translate goals into high-performing AWS solutions.
• Migrate and modernize applications to cloud-native, containerized, or serverless architectures.
• Architect and deploy GenAI/ML workloads with Bedrock, SageMaker, OpenSearch, and vector databases.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive AWS consumption with client leadership.
• Mentor cloud engineers and drive internal accelerators and best practices.
