NeoMax is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Integrator to deliver engineering services for cloud and enterprise computing infrastructure, including data center hosting, multi-cloud services, and containerized solutions. You will support provisioning, analyze financial data, and develop SOPs to streamline operations.

The role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and expertise with MS Access, Excel pivot tables, ServiceNow, and Linux.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Business, Finance, IT or related field required; or 5+ years of experience without a degree.
• Experience with MS Access DB and MS Excel pivot tables.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Linux command line.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support including account provisioning for AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud and Oracle Cloud.
• Assist with analyzing user requirements and automating workflows.
• Perform Tier 1 support for customer inquiries and billing account provisioning.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document team processes.
• Coordinate customer meetings and prepare presentation slides for guidance on provisioning.
• Analyze hosting financial data from hosting databases and billing reports to ensure data integrity.
