The University of Washington Medical Center's Clinical Trials Office seeks a Senior Clinical Research Operations Project Manager to lead enterprise-level initiatives across UW Medicine. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of project management, research administration, healthcare operations, or clinical research management.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level initiatives and leading organizational change.
• Experience facilitating governance committees and building consensus without direct reporting authority.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; excellent written, verbal, and facilitation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and PM platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of enterprise-level clinical research initiatives from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Lead complex cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholders and technologies.
• Develop charters, business cases, governance structures, work plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish project priorities aligned with CTO and UW Medicine objectives.
• Facilitate governance groups and represent CTO in institutional discussions on strategy and change.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption planning.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to assess performance and outcomes.
• Provide consultation and leadership for operational initiatives across the clinical research lifecycle.
