Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of the Clinical Operations team.
• Supervise Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and assist Assistant ClinOps Manager.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and site SOPs.
• Monitor workload distribution and study assignments for CRCs.
• Develop, track, and present ClinOps performance metrics.
