Job summary

Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. You will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring adoption with minimal disruption.

You’ll partner with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change.

• Minimum experience leading change-management programs across large organizations.
