Job summary

Marvin seeks a Manager, Change Management to lead enterprise change initiatives across our manufacturing and corporate teams. In this role, you will design and execute change strategies for process, system, and organizational transformations, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.

You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts, build communication and training plans, and coach leaders through change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise change initiatives across manufacturing and corporate teams.
• Design and execute change strategies for processes, systems and organizational transformations.
• Collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, HR, and project teams to assess impacts and plan communications/trainings.
• Develop communication and training plans to support adoption of changes.
• Coach leaders through change using data and continuous improvement principles.
