Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years driving transformational change across multi-year programs.
• 5+ years directly managing professional staff.
• Experience influencing senior leadership to drive adoption.
• Strong business acumen translating financial drivers into change strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leads and sustains change management framework across the enterprise.
• Develops tools and capacity models to support delivery needs.
• Designs training and onboarding for change framework and tools.
• Aligns readiness and adoption with value stream priorities and outcomes.
• Coaches leaders and sponsors on accountability and decision making.
• Partners with teams to ensure alignment and shared learning.
• Escalates cross-value stream risks and adoption challenges.
• Leads a team of change practitioners and contractors.
