Marathon Petroleum Corporation seeks an Enterprise Change Management Director to lead change execution across multiple enterprise value streams, embedding change capability with business leaders to drive fast, sustainable adoption of new capabilities.

The role aligns readiness and adoption with value stream priorities, provides insights on financial impact, and develops practitioners while guiding transformation initiatives across Findlay, Houston, and San Antonio campuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
8+ years driving transformational change across multi-year initiatives.
5+ years directly managing professional staff; senior leadership partner.

Responsibilities

Leads and executes the enterprise-wide change management framework and operating model.
Develops tools, methods, and capacity models based on delivery needs.
Develops and executes training and onboarding of change management tools.
Facilitates change journeys, aligns activities with strategy, KPIs, and financial goals.
Manages end-to-end value delivery from intake through adoption and stabilization.
Coaches leaders and sponsors on alignment, resistance, and decision-making.
Partners with teams to ensure alignment and shared learning across units.
Serves as escalation point for cross-value stream risks and integration issues.
Leads and develops a team of change practitioners and contractors.
