Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Advanced change management credentials (Prosci/CCMP) are preferred.
• 8+ years driving transformational change across multi-year programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise change management across multiple value streams.
• Embed change capability and drive adoption, readiness, and business value.
• Align readiness activities with value stream priorities and outcomes.
• Coach leaders and sponsors to sustain adoption and resolve resistance.
• Develop and manage a team of change practitioners and contractors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and learning.
