Job description

Description

The ECPMO Services and Support Lead will be responsible for driving the end-to-end services and support strategy within the ECPMO processes. Working with the Sr. Manager Support and Services, and Comerica corporate partners, they will support the overall ECPMO services and support strategy, identify knowledge gaps, and align tools and resources with the organization's goals. This role will perform retrospectives, collect and track data on program and project management effectiveness, and serve as a process SME for the effectiveness of tools, templates, and job aids created for the ECPMO.

Additionally, this role will develop comprehensive communication strategies for the ECPMO team, including identifying key messages, audiences, and channels, and supporting end-to-end communications within the ECPMO, including regular forums. Collaboration with key stakeholders such as Corporate Communications and Talent Development will ensure alignment of education and communication strategies with Comerica standards, leveraging existing materials where possible.

The ECPMO Services and Support Lead will also maintain a library of materials, ensuring consistent maintenance, version control, and compliance with enterprise retention policies.

The Enterprise Change and Project Management Office (ECPMO) is a centralized function that drives strategic alignment, governance, and delivery excellence across enterprise initiatives, enabling effective change management, project execution, and business value realization.

Position Responsibilities
  1. Support and Services Design & Delivery
  • Develop standardized end-to-end services support and communication frameworks across ECPMO.
  • Create comprehensive, tailored tools, templates, and job aids for different organizational groups.
  • Ensure all resource materials align with ECPMO branding and Comerica standards.
  • Manage production of communication materials including emails, newsletters, presentations, videos, and intranet content.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ECPMO programs and sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Library Maintenance
    • Maintain a library of tools, templates, job aids, and communication materials with version control.
    • Maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
    • Ensure easy access to critical content for the ECPMO team.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Engage with stakeholders to understand concerns and communication needs, tailoring messages accordingly.
    • Establish metrics to evaluate resource effectiveness in knowledge transfer and impact.
    • Adapt tools and materials based on feedback and changing needs.
    • Develop feedback mechanisms, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
