ECPMO Monitoring & Reporting Lead
The ECPMO Monitoring & Reporting Lead is responsible for leveraging data analytics to oversee, analyze, and optimize change management programs related to the performance of the Target Operating Model within the ECPMO. This role involves setting up and managing data analysis and reporting, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and monitoring change performance. Data will be sourced from multiple tools and processes, including manual and automated sources. All collected data will be aggregated, analyzed for insights, and shared with enterprise executives to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations. These insights will also inform the creation of OKRs. Additionally, the role will develop quality and productivity activities to ensure the Target Operating Model effectively meets business objectives and enhances output quality and productivity, bridging the gap between change management strategies and practical application.
The Enterprise Change and Project Management Office (ECPMO) is a centralized function responsible for strategic alignment, governance, and delivery excellence across enterprise initiatives, enabling effective change management, project execution, and realization of business value.
Position Responsibilities:
Program Analytics
- Partner with internal ECPMO stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and establish routines for reporting.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from change management activities to assess performance against KPIs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide insights into change program effectiveness.
- Use predictive models to forecast outcomes, identifying risks or opportunities.
- Support analysis of key data points to monitor program health, customer incidents, and related metrics.
- Support program adoption and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure changes do not compromise product or service quality, monitoring implementation to maintain or improve productivity metrics.
- Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, suggest modifications, and oversee their implementation within the change management framework.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs related to quality and productivity before, during, and after changes.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure understanding of change implications on productivity and quality, including regular updates and feedback sessions.
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement
- Track change program progress in real-time, identifying deviations early.
- Monitor adoption rates, employee engagement, and other metrics to assess success.
- Lead initiatives to refine change management processes based on analytics insights.
- Develop or improve frameworks to measure the impact of change on organizational performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and regular process reviews.
ECPMO Support, Partnership, and Collaboration
- Partner with ECPMO and other stakeholders to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement programs perform effectively.
- Support and promote a shared understanding and vision for change among all partners.
- Assist in developing skills for managing and adapting to change through feedback and training.
- Support periodic reviews with partners to evaluate and adjust change management processes.
- Facilitate feedback collection from those impacted by changes to understand real-world effects and refine processes.
- Communicate complex analytical results clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead discussions around data-driven insights for program adjustments or policy updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
