Job summary
Dexcom Corporation seeks a capital planning professional to coordinate the annual Enterprise Capital Planning process and consolidate investments across all capital categories. You will develop portfolio models and scenario analyses to guide leadership decisions and enable data‑driven prioritization.
You will partner with Finance and BU leaders, leveraging Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to deliver executive reporting and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of industry experience
- 2–5 years of prior management or lead experience
- Experience in capital‑intensive environments such as manufacturing or life sciences
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual Enterprise Capital Planning process with BU leaders, Finance and Functional teams.
- Develop and improve tools, templates, processes and training for enterprise capital planning and approvals.
- Consolidate investment requests across all capital categories and identify overlaps and dependencies.
- Develop portfolio models and scenario analyses to evaluate investment strategies and risks.
- Produce executive‑level portfolio reporting, dashboards and insights.
- Maintain a single enterprise capital dataset covering budgets, forecasts, spend and commitments.
- Leverage AI, automation and analytics to improve forecasting and decision support.
