Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Capacity Planning & Lifecycle Management Analyst to support the Enterprise Architecture team in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure and application portfolios. You will analyze workloads, forecast growth, and coordinate across IT Operations, Infrastructure and Business Units to drive scalable, cost-effective solutions.

The role emphasizes asset lifecycle management, technology refresh planning, and clear reporting to leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in capacity planning, lifecycle management, or asset management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in enterprise architecture, IT operations, or infrastructure management preferred.
• Certifications in infrastructure (VMware) and cloud (Microsoft Azure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workloads to determine capacity requirements.
• Develop models and forecasts for growth and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Business Units to capture requirements.
• Recommend infrastructure investments and resource allocations.
• Monitor asset lifecycles and manage upgrades, retirements, and replacements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
