Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to support the Enterprise Delivery Office. You will coordinate portfolio intake, governance, and reporting, partnering with Portfolio Managers, Program Managers, and stakeholders to improve visibility and governance across initiatives.

The role emphasizes maintaining intake workflows, dashboards, and KPIs, while advancing EDO maturity and operational excellence within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• PMO, Portfolio management, or Project coordination experience required
• Experience supporting portfolio management, demand management, governance, or strategic planning
• Experience with portfolio management tools such as Monday.com, Planview, Clarity, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
• Workflow automation tools and business process mapping experience preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise governance or portfolio management within financial services or regulated environment preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Finance, or related field required

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise intake and demand management from idea submission through prioritization and approval.
• Maintain intake backlogs, status tracking, prioritization records, and approval documentation.
• Assist with development and improvement of EDO methodologies, governance processes, and artifacts.
• Create and maintain process workflows, standards, and templates for governance practices.
• Monitor adherence to EDO processes and governance; coordinate corrective actions.
• Track governance metrics and provide portfolio insights for leadership.
• Administer Monday.com and related portfolio tools; configure boards/dashboards.
• Provide user support and training on portfolio tools and data quality improvements.
• Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for decision-making.
• Support portfolio reviews and governance committees; identify risks and resource constraints.
• Develop EDO communications and governance materials; promote standards adoption.
• Participate in capacity planning, roadmap maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
