Job summary

Hudson Valley Credit Union is seeking a Capacity Planning & Lifecycle Mgmt Analyst in New York. You will help design, implement, and optimize technology infrastructure and application portfolios to ensure scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.

You will forecast capacity, manage asset lifecycles, and coordinate with IT Operations, Infrastructure, and business units to align technology with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in capacity planning or lifecycle management preferred.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, IT operations, or infrastructure helps.
• Certifications in VMware or Azure are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workloads to determine capacity requirements across IT systems.
• Develop models and forecasts to anticipate growth and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with IT operations, owners, and business units to gather requirements.
• Recommend infrastructure investments and scaling strategies.
• Monitor asset lifecycles and manage upgrades, replacements, and retirements.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
