Maxima Consulting is seeking a Blockchain Architect to shape enterprise platforms driving on-chain financial infrastructure, focusing on RWA tokenization, digital securities, and institutional custody workflows.

You will bridge Web3 protocols with enterprise-grade reliability, security, and compliance, leading architecture strategy and cross-functional delivery. Hybrid schedule in NJ/NY area with immediate interview process.

Qualifications

• Enterprise blockchain architecture experience.
• Experience designing and shipping enterprise-grade digital asset solutions.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Go, or Rust and React/Next.js.
• Experience with enterprise chains like Hyperledger Besu and token standards (ERC-20/721/1155/3643/1400).

Responsibilities

• Drive Platform Architecture: design end-to-end architectures connecting frontends, microservices, smart contracts, and EVM networks.
• Architect Digital Asset Solutions for RWA tokenization, digital securities, custody workflows across public EVM and enterprise chains.
• Secure Smart Contracts: governance, upgradeability, gas optimization, audits.
• Integrate Institutional Custody: workflows with MPC wallet providers (Fireblocks, DFNS, Turnkey, BitGo).
• Embed Compliance & Security: KYC/AML, monitoring into tokenization workflows.
• Lead Architecture Governance: ADRs, technical roadmaps, mentor teams through releases.
