Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking an Enterprise Account Analyst in Milford, OH to support its largest customers by ensuring billing accuracy and improving payment performance. You will drive operational excellence through data, collaboration, and process improvements to reduce invoicing errors and boost customer satisfaction.

In this role you will own a portfolio of enterprise clients, analyze aging invoices and payment trends, and coordinate with Sales, Accounting, and IT to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, MIS, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with large datasets and reporting.
• Ability to investigate complex business problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring invoices are paid within agreed-upon terms and maximizing collection performance.
• Analyze aging invoices and payment trends to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Accounting, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues efficiently.
• Monitor key performance indicators related to billing accuracy, payment performance, and revenue realization.
• Identify process gaps and recommend solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and cash flow.
• Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to support customers using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and third-party payment platforms.
• Create, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) that support customer requirements and reduce invoicing errors.
• Lead root cause analyses for payment delays, missed KPIs, and recurring billing challenges.
• Present portfolio health, trends, and recommendations to Sales leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage onboarding activities for new enterprise customers, ensuring billing requirements and compliance standards are established from day one.
