Job summary

The Governor’s Finance Office, Office of Project Management in Carson City, NV seeks an IT Professional 2 - Business Intelligence to support the CORE.NV ERP project and ongoing BI production support. You will analyze processes, design and maintain enterprise reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics using SQL and Power BI in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or closely related field with two years of IT experience.
• Or two years as IT Professional I in Nevada State service; or four years as IT Technician IV+ in State service.
• Or an equivalent education/experience combination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and optimize reports, datasets, and data models.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, testing, root-cause analysis, and release management.
