Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System on the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Manager - Building Automation System (EBAS) to lead the enterprise BAS program, ensuring safe, reliable operations across locations. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with Design, Safety, IT and operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with eight years of facilities management experience or equivalent.
• Four years as a qualified tradesperson or technician in electrical/plumbing or related area.
• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience or formal education in business management.
• Niagara certification required on hire or within one year.
• Deep working knowledge of NFPA, CMS, Joint Commission and state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BAS program, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant operation across locations.
• Develop and implement enterprise standards, procedures, and quality assurance for BAS/related systems.
• Coordinate with Buildings + Design, Safety & Quality, IT, and operations leadership to optimize performance and standardization.
• Develop enterprise technical roadmap for BAS and life-safety systems.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance for codes and standards (NFPA, CMS, JC).
• Manage program budget and vendor proposals; evaluate supplier performance.
