Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a Project Manager for Building Automation Systems at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The role coordinates BAS projects with EBAS teams, construction crews, and vendors to ensure standards and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate brings experience in BAS, project management, and retro-commissioning knowledge, with a focus on safe, compliant operations across facilities.

Formación

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or other related field.
• Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping and electrical circuits and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, maintain and calibrate all temperature, humidity, and recording devices including meters and gauges.
• Read, write, modify, and maintain automated building software and hardware for designated systems.
• Maintain inventory and records for sensor and control devices related to digital and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and advise on system malfunctions and operational requirements.
• Ensure safe and effective operations and working environment.
• Respond to alarms, sensors, and alerts appropriately.
• Work may occasionally be assigned across multiple Cleveland Clinic locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
