Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks an Architect III - Enterprise Architect to define architectural priorities within a specific domain. You will engage governance forums, manage capability inventories, and develop domain standards and patterns for review and approval.

You will ensure solution designs across applications and capabilities are secure, compliant, and reliable while collaborating with business, product, and IT teams to align with business needs and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in enterprise architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory obligations.
• Advanced understanding of architecture standards, patterns, and governance.
• Experience with Agile & DevOps in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead architectural priorities aligning with business strategy.
• Participate in ASB/TRB governance forums.
• Manage business capability inventory for the domain.
• Develop standards and patterns for the domain and obtain approvals.
• Ensure designs are secure, compliant, and reliable.
• Review solution architecture in TRB ensuring alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with product, IT, and business teams to deliver roadmaps.
