Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (ELC) seeks a senior software leader to evaluate, design, build, and support applications powering Order and Inventory Management. You will work with business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and implement solutions aligned with corporate strategy.

Lead transformation programs, ensure SOX compliance, and drive best practices for software quality, security, and usability while partnering with diverse teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of order management and supply chain processes End to End
• Excellent leadership skills and demonstrated experience with building and developing teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ensures alignment with business sponsors, stakeholders, and management
