The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (ELC) seeks a senior software leader to evaluate, design, build, and support applications powering Order and Inventory Management. You will work with business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and implement solutions aligned with corporate strategy.

This position is a key business interfacing role, responsible for evaluating, designing, building, supporting, and enhancing software applications that power ELC's Order and Inventory Management operations.
They work with multiple Business and IT stakeholders to define technology roadmaps, and create and adopt technology solutions that are aligned with corporate strategy. They collaborate with technical teams to prototype, build, test and deliver the solutions.
They lead teams through process conformance and compliance as appropriate (e.g., SOX). They research and implement technology best practices for software quality, security and usability.
This is a true business partner role requiring a point of view, and the ability to make proactive recommendations and drive them to fruition. This position will provide thought leadership, management, and oversight of applications for ELC.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,300.00 to $196,600.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
