Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Head of Field Architecture to lead transformation of field operations and shape a robust digital strategy. This remote-friendly role requires deep domain and IT architecture expertise to support enterprise asset management and SAP integrations.

You will partner with field teams and senior leadership, analyze field technology, and drive architecture decisions that improve performance and scalability. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
• Proven ability to partner with the field and analyze field technology to drive change.
• Experience building a digital strategy and leading transformation of field operation systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to forecast trends and guide actions.

• Collaborate with the field to understand technology needs and align solutions with goals.
• Analyze field technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and implement a digital strategy supporting organizational objectives and efficiency.

• Work with IT peers to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
