Job summary

Mariner Finance in Maryland seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive development and maintenance of the company’s architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance across applications, data, cloud, integration, and security. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive IT experience, including enterprise architecture and technology leadership.
• Experience in a matrixed environment influencing decisions and guiding enterprise‑level architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise‑scale systems across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Strong understanding of TOGAF or Zachman frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of CRM/CCaaS integrations and secure, scalable architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, principles, patterns, and roadmaps across applications, data, infrastructure, integration, cloud, and security.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align architecture with objectives, transformation initiatives, and regulatory expectations.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and vendors to support enterprise architecture strategy.
• Analyze technology trends and market changes to guide direction and modernization.
• Advise leaders on technology capabilities, solution design, and interoperability across platforms.
• Support architecture governance and decision‑making forums to promote scalable, secure solutions.
