Job summary

Mariner Finance. LLC is seeking an Enterprise Architecture leader to drive the development, maintenance, and modernization of the company’s architecture strategy across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, integration, and security.

You will partner with business, technology, risk, and operations leaders to ensure alignment with objectives and regulatory expectations. The role requires crafting secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions, providing governance, and mentoring teams

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive IT experience including enterprise architecture and technology leadership.
• Experience guiding enterprise-level architecture across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience with cloud platforms and secure, scalable patterns.
• Ability to influence decisions in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps across applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Partner with stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate technologies and vendor options (Salesforce, CCaaS, cloud services) to support strategy.
• Guide architecture governance and decision-making across teams.
