Job summary

PSA BDP in Houston seeks a Head of Enterprise Architecture to own the design, security, and evolution of its global technology estate, spanning AWS cloud and on‑premise infrastructure. You will lead the modernisation of core applications, own the DevOps function, and set engineering standards across the organisation.

You will report to the CIO and shape the technology strategy, including AI initiatives, platform modernisation, and governance that enables scalable, secure systems.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology roles.
• 5+ years in an enterprise architecture leadership capacity.
• Experience architecting and operating hybrid AWS/on-prem environments at enterprise scale.
• Experience owning a DevOps function and driving delivery and operational metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management with CIO/ExCo audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise architecture function end to end, setting standards and governance for scalable, secure environments across AWS and on‑premise.
• Define target-state architecture and multi-year technology roadmap aligned to strategic programmes.
• Chair architecture review governance for significant technology decisions ensuring cost, security, and scalability considerations.
• Lead application modernisation from legacy to cloud-native, API-first, microservices-based architectures.
• Own DevOps organisation, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and observability across cloud and on‑premise.
