The Enterprise Architect will serve as the design authority for the organization�s ERP implementations, responsible for defining, governing, and approving architecture best practices across multiple technologies. This role ensures that ERP solutions are highly efficient, performance-driven, and strategically aligned with business objectives. The Enterprise Architect will collaborate with stakeholders, lead architectural governance, and drive the adoption of standards to optimize technology investments and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the architecture design authority for all ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and technology strategy
- Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for ERP systems across diverse technology platforms
- Approve and review architectural designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, high-performing, and cost-effective
- Lead the architecture governance process, including architecture review boards and approval workflows for ERP-related solutions.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and actionable ERP solutions
- Oversee integration strategies to ensure seamless interoperability between ERP systems and other enterprise applications
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption or integration within the ERP landscape
- Define and monitor data governance, ensuring ERP implementations support data quality, security, and accessibility
- Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging ERP capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
- Communicate complex architectural concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, ERP technologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of leading large-scale ERP implementations across multiple technologies
- 10+ years of experience architecting and designing complex ERP systems, integration patterns, and technology landscapes
- Certification in recognized enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of IT quality assurance processes, data management, and security best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve complex architectural issues
- Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, and modern application architectures is a plus
- Strategic thinking and ability to align technology with business objectives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and efficiency
- Influential leadership and the ability to drive consensus across diverse teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of technological advancements
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Essential Skills and Expertise:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365):
- Deep expertise in architecting, configuring, and integrating Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and other D365 ERP modules
- Proven ability to design scalable, robust, and efficient D365 solutions aligned with business goals
- Experience with D365 integration patterns, Power Platform, and third-party ISVs
- Familiarity with D365 customization, data migration, and reporting using Microsoft BI tools and MS SQL Server
- Artificial Intelligence (AI):
- Experience leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities within ERP and enterprise solutions to drive automation, analytics, and business insights.
- Ability to identify and integrate AI-driven features to enhance ERP performance and user experience.
- Data Fabric:
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture concepts, including data fabric for unified data management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement data flows, data modeling, and data governance strategies that support ERP and enterprise data needs
- Advanced proficiency in designing and deploying ERP solutions on Microsoft Azure, including integration with Azure DevOps, security, and scalability
- Experience architecting hybrid and cloud-native ERP environments using both Azure and AWS platforms, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization
- Knowledge of cloud migration strategies and best practices for ERP workloads.
- Legacy Application Integration:
- Expertise in integrating modern ERP platforms with legacy systems, ensuring seamless data exchange, process continuity, and minimal disruption to business operations
- Familiarity with middleware, APIs, and integration tools for bridging on-premises and cloud systems.
- Systems thinking, technical proficiency across diverse technology stacks, and solution design for high-performance, secure, and compliant environments
- Strong business acumen, risk management, data modeling, and performance optimization capabilities
- Leadership in architectural governance, stakeholder management, and driving adoption of best practices.
