Job summary

Pellera Technologies seeks an Enterprise Architect to lead transformational IT programs for clients, guiding planning, design, governance, and execution of modernization efforts. You will align technology solutions to business objectives, develop roadmaps, and set governance frameworks across multiple domains to ensure scalable and secure implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, architecture, systems engineering, consulting, or related technology leadership roles.
Proven experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives involving datacenter modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and operational optimization.
Experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, reference architectures, and technology roadmaps for large and mid-sized organizations.
Relevant industry certifications preferred, such as: TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, VMware Certifications, AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco Certifications, ITIL.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client business and IT stakeholders to develop enterprise technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.
Lead architecture design and governance of datacenter modernization, hybrid cloud adoption, infrastructure transformation, automation, and platform optimization.
Serve as the primary technical advisor, providing architectural guidance, risk management, and executive-level recommendations.
Develop and maintain current-state and future-state architecture models, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
Provide oversight and governance for complex implementations ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and compliance.
Lead architecture reviews, design workshops, technical assessments, and strategic planning sessions with client and delivery teams.
Collaborate with Pellera practice leaders, consultants, engineers, and project teams for architectural consistency and delivery.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to develop innovative, value-driven recommendations.
Mentor technical teams and promote adoption of architecture standards and delivery methodologies.
Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
