We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect responsible for creating the technology vision, driving strategy, and ensuring the system architecture aligns with business needs. This role involves utilizing IT architecture, SaaS API development, and IT operations to enhance functionality, data sharing, and security for Seneca Holdings LLC. and its subsidiaries, while adhering to industry and US Government standards, compliance, and security objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and business leaders to develop scalable and secure enterprise solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiency, and boost productivity. They will work with integrated IT and business teams.

Location and Hours:

• Remote position supporting work in Chantilly, VA
• Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST; flexible hours supported across time zones, with possible nights and weekends for on-call support

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate technology strategy, organization, applications, and infrastructure; architect solutions for enterprise systems
• Oversee enterprise roadmap implementation and maintenance
• Assess and remediate IT-related risks
• Plan, develop, implement, and operate projects within the enterprise strategy
• Develop and monitor enterprise data flows and governance
• Define, document, and manage project deliverables to optimize data usage
• Ensure solutions comply with standards like ISO 27k, NIST
• Identify requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate with management
• Monitor systems, participate in disaster recovery planning, and educate team members

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years with IaaS/PaaS technologies (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Azure GCC)
• 5+ years with programming languages (C#, C++, Java, JavaScript)
• Experience with Web Service Standards (XML, SOAP, REST) and RDBMS
• Technical skills in SOA, JSON, XSD, Postman, RESTful APIs
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in cloud and physical environments
• Ability to develop solutions, manage lifecycle, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect)
• Experience in IT Governance and Master Data Management
