Summary:

Position: Full-time

Location: New York, New Jersey, Tri-State area

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Enterprise Architect & Solution Advisor to lead enterprise architecture initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor on solution design for business and IT transformation. This role bridges business goals with technology capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable architectural solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Align architecture strategy with business goals, ensuring consistency and standardization of technology platforms.
• Define and manage EA governance processes, architecture principles, and design patterns.
• Assess the impact of new business initiatives on existing architecture and recommend scalable solutions.
• Act as a key advisor to internal stakeholders and clients for strategic technology decisions.
• Lead solution design sessions, evaluating COTS, SaaS, PaaS, and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, engineers, product managers) to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Prepare solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and integration plans.
• Provide guidance during RFP/RFI processes for technology selection and vendor evaluations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity).
• Advocate and lead adoption of modern enterprise technologies (Azure/AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Microservices, etc.).
• Mentor solution architects and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, including 5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration patterns, Data Platforms , Security .
• Proficiency with architecture tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
