Job Title: SAP Enterprise Architect / SAP Finance Leader (S/4HANA)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP leader to drive the strategic vision, architecture, and transformation of our SAP landscape. While the role is advertised as an SAP Architect, this position is aligned to a senior leadership level (L4 - Senior Manager equivalent) and requires a blend of deep SAP expertise, consulting acumen, and executive stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, shaping the future of SAP at an enterprise scale while mentoring teams and driving innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the SAP S/4HANA Finance roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise business objectives and long-term technology strategy.
• Develop and communicate architectural vision and transformation strategies for the SAP ecosystem.
• Provide deep functional and consulting expertise across the SAP S/4HANA Finance platform.
• Identify and unlock opportunities leveraging emerging technologies, including AI and Agentic AI, to drive business value and innovation.
• Partner closely with offshore delivery teams and implementation partners to ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, SAP functional leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, including VP and C-suite executives, to influence decision-making and communicate strategic initiatives.
• Analyze recurring operational challenges, identify trends, and recommend scalable solutions to reduce KTLO (Keep the Lights On) efforts and improve efficiency.
• Drive best practices across SAP governance, architecture, and enterprise delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP, with significant expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Demonstrated experience working with global delivery teams and offshore partners.
• Experience presenting to and influencing executive stakeholders, including VP and C-level leadership.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with SAP innovation areas, including AI, automation, and emerging enterprise technologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-growth enterprise environments.
• Prior experience leading enterprise architecture or SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance or Enterprise Architecture are preferred.
