Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience administering or configuring enterprise COTS/SaaS applications.
- Active certification in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday preferred.
- Experience using a service desk/ITSM platform for incident and change management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain enterprise COTS/SaaS platforms.
- Gather and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct application testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Support data governance activities within COTS platforms.
